I think I did OK this weekend, even with the traveling and the Reese Reunion. This is a reunion on Polly’s mom’s side of the family.
Guess what the top thing to do at reunions is? YOU GUESSED IT> EAT! I have included a picture of the dinner tables…… the dessert tables were in a separate spot and coveted by all! Well I was very good all things considered and did not go near the desert table! My focus was to enjoy the company, family and new addition to the family. It was refreshing to enjoy the company and not worry about a second plateful of goodies and then a race to the dessert table. I ate what was on my plate (in diary), had some coffee and snapped some pictures!
I enjoy the area above Pickens, SC where Polly’s parents live. The scenery is beautiful, the people are very nice and the family is plain great. I love the mountains and the coastal area of Charleston. I wish there was less distance between the two.
I have my first Personal Training Client! Polly (my wife) wants to give it a go. We had the initial discussion during our ride up to Pickens and Polly completed the initial assessment form. I am reviewing the information and working on a routine for her this summer. I went back and checked my notes, AND I do not think you are supposed to make your first client your toughest client! I may not be as smart as I would like to think I am!
Oh, my weight this afternoon was 298 after my ride back. This is not bad for mid-afternoon weight, as I normally weigh first thing in the morning. I will make sure to update everyone again tomorrow.
Loving Life,
FAT GUY
